ERICKSON-HALL HAS BEEN SELECTED AS THE LEASE LEASE-BACK CONTRACTOR FOR THE GRANT ELEMENTARY TK/PRE-K EARLY CHILDHOOD RENOVATION PROJECT Scope of work to include: Renovation of existing 'building A' from 4 existing classrooms into 3 new transitional kindergarten (TK) classrooms with support spaces including restrooms, work rooms, and storage spaces. Approximately 2,520 sf of site improvements of adjacent outdoor play yard spaces north of 'building A' to serve new TK classrooms. Work includes new exterior ADA ramp from off-site sidewalk to play yards. New and reused HVAC systems to support the proposed renovated classrooms. Approximately 300-sf of offsite improvements adjacent to pearl street sidewalk.
