ERICKSON-HALL CONSTRUCTION CO. HAS BEEN SELECTED AS THE LEASE-LEASEBACK CONTRACTOR FOR THE REBID-RANCHO BERNARDO HS CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT Scope of work to include: Replace existing central utility plant equipment including the heating hot water boilers, chillers, cooling towers and pumps. New chilled and heating hot water piping distribution system. Construction of steel support structures, covered walkways, and flatwork/landscape repairs to route pipes to point of connections.
